2025-09-18 08:16:49 DONGFANG ELEC (01072.HK) announced the placement of 68 million shares, representing approx. 16.67% of the enlarged H shares and approx. 1.97% of the number of issued shares, at a price per share of $15.92, a discount of approx. 7.98% to yesterday's (17th) closing price of $17.3.
