Public-Private Partnerships May Take Over Panama Ports If Court Rules CKH's Concession Invalid, Says President
2025-08-01 08:09:24 Panama's President Jose Raul Mulino noted that if the local court rules the operating contracts for two key ports of CKH HOLDINGS (00001.HK) at the Panama Canal invalid, public-private partnerships may take over those ports, according to foreign media reports.
