2025-07-04 08:56:11 BOSS ZHIPIN-W (02076.HK)'s Class A ordinary share is priced at $66 per share, with a one-lot success ratio of 100% with a board lot size of 100 shares, as announced by BOSS ZHIPIN-W. The Hong Kong public offering portion was oversubscribed by 11.04x, while the international placing portion was oversubscribed by 11.46x. The Company said the Share Offer has become unconditional and dealing in the Offer Shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will commence at 9:00 a.m. today (4 July).
