LEPU BIO-B Places H-shrs at ~11% Discount to Raise HKD460M+ Net
2025-07-04 08:46:43 LEPU BIO-B (02157.HK) has announced that it entered into an agreement with placing agents on July 4 to place up to 93.825 million new H-shares at a placing price of HKD5.02 per share, a discount of about 10.99% to the previous closing price of HKD5.64. The size of the placing shares represents around 5.36% and 5.2% of the entire issued H-shares and the entire issued share capital as enlarged.
