2025-07-03 15:14:52 The HK government announced that the number of sale and purchase agreements for all building units received for registration in June was 7,271, up 12.9% MoM and up 38.6% YoY. The 12-month moving average for June was 5,812, up 3% MoM and up 19.6% YoY. The total consideration for sale and purchase agreements of building units in June was $66.4 billion, up 33.2% MoM and up 61.6% YoY. Among the sale and purchase agreements, 5,955 were for residential units, up 16.7% MoM and up 54.4% YoY.
