NEW WORLD DEV Dips 10% as 4 Perpetual Bonds Defer Div. Distribution
2025-06-02 09:46:19 NEW WORLD DEV (00017.HK) announced after the market closed last Friday (30th) the distribution deferral in respect of four perpetual bonds. After opening 2.9% lower this morning (2 June), NEW WORLD DEV expanded its decline in the early session, and last dipped 10.23% to $4.3. Volume amounted to 14.091 million shares, involving $61.997 million. The Group has notified all holders of the relevant perpetual securities that the distribution scheduled for the payment dates will be deferred to their respective next distribution payment dates, according to NEW WORLD DEV's announcement. Of which, the relevant distribution payment dates for Series A and B Perpetual Securities are 9 and 10 June respectively.
