2025-03-07 14:51:53 According to JPMorgan's research report, BRILLIANCE CHI (01114.HK) announced a special dividend of $1 per share, which aligned with the broker's expectations even though the timing was slightly earlier than anticipated. In JPMorgan's estimate, BRILLIANCE CHI, after distributing the special dividend, still has around $1.5 per share in cash on hand, excluding recurring investment income from the Brilliance-BMW Automotive (BBA) JV. BRILLIANCE CHI announced in December 2024 its future goal to allocate no less than 50% of post-tax recurring profits as dividends. JPMorgan agreed with the management's commitment to a long-term dividend policy, which has demonstrated confidence in stable returns. JPMorgan lowered its target price for BRILLIANCE CHI from $7.5 to $5.5 and maintained the Overweight rating unchanged, given that the high dividend yield and stable policy are attractive to long-term investors. ~ AAStocks Financial News Web Site: www.aastocks.com |
