A Hong Kong court has moved up the wind-up hearing of Tiajin Holding, a subsidiary of EVERGRANDE (03333.HK), from March 12 to February 17.

Tiajin Holding is the guarantor for some of EVERGRANDE's dollar notes. According to the legal representative of Tiajin Holding, the total debt related to this subsidiary is approximately RMB37 billion.
