2024-12-23 08:51:31 The stabilization period in connection with the Global Offering ended yesterday (22nd), and an aggregate of 25.5 million H shares were over-allocated in the International Offering, representing approx. 15% of the total number of the Offer Shares initially offered under the Global Offering before any exercise of the Over-allotment Option, according to SF HOLDING (06936.HK)'s announcement.
