CHINA OVERSEAS (00688.HK) 4M24 Contracted Property Sales Fall 30% YoY
2024-05-07 17:13:54 CHINA OVERSEAS (00688.HK) announced that for April 2024, its contracted property sales amounted to about RMB21.795 billion, dropping 36.0% YoY. The corresponding sales area was approx. 933,400 square metres, falling 24.9% YoY. The group did not acquire any land parcels during the month. For the first 4 months of 2024, the accumulated contracted property sales of the group amounted to around RMB82 billion and the accumulated corresponding sales area was about 2.9556 million square metres, with YoY decreases of 30.3% and 46.3% respectively. As of 30 April 2024, the group recorded subscribed property sales of approx.
