2024-05-02 12:23:04 Hong Kong stocks continued its incline in the morning session. The HSI hiked 392 points or 2.2% to 18,155. The HSCEI gained 147 points or 2.3% to 6,420. The HSTECH advanced 150 points or 4.1% to 3,850. Total half-day turnover for the market amounted to $64.113 billion. Techs boomed. MEITUAN-W (03690.HK) rallied 8.4% to $118.7, while BABA-SW (09988.HK) and TENCENT (00700.HK) picked up 2.4% and 3.6%. JD-SW (09618.HK) and KUAISHOU-W (01024.HK) elevated 5.9% and 5%, while BILIBILI-W (09626.HK) leaped 4.1%. XIAOMI-W (01810.HK) added 1.6%. In addition, SENSETIME-W (00020.HK) and WEIMOB INC (02013.HK) spiked 27.9% and 15.1%, while KINGDEE INT'L (00268.HK) and KINGSOFT CLOUD (03896.HK) shot up 9% and 8.4%. ALI HEALTH (00241.HK), PA GOODDOCTOR (01833.HK), JD HEALTH (06618.HK), XD INC (02400.HK), CHINA LIT (00772.HK) and EAST BUY (01797.HK) swelled 6.5% to 7.9%.
