PAH, CKI Subscribe for ~$2.3B New Shrs in JV to Support Full Acquisition of Lionrai
2024-04-25 00:43:10 POWER ASSETS (00006.HK) announced that it subscribed for new shares in CK William with CK ASSET (01113.HK) and CKI HOLDINGS (01038.HK) for a total subscription amount of around $2.252 billion, which will be used as part of the funding to support CK William's acquisition of the entire share capital of Lionrai. Upon completion, the shareholdings of PAH, CKA and CKI in CK William will remain unchanged at 20%, 40% and 40%. It is estimated that the consideration payable for the acquisition of Lionrai is about $3.026 billion, with the balance of the consideration to be financed by loans provided by PAH, CKA and CKI.
