SENSETIME-W (00020.HK) Not Aware of Reasons for Shr Price Volatility; Trade To Resume Tmr
2024-04-24 17:11:29 SENSETIME-W (00020.HK) announced that it has noted the recent unusual movements in the trading price and trading volume of the Class B Shares. The Board is not aware of any reasons for such price and volume movements or of any information which must be announced to avoid a false market in the Company’s securities or of any inside information that needs to be disclosed under the Securities and Futures Ordinance. Application has been made by the Company to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading in the Class B Shares with effect from 9 am tomorrow (25 Apr). SENSETIME also disclosed that it launched yesterday (23 Apr) the "SenseNova 5.0" foundation model with 600 billion parameters. The new version achieved significant improvements in knowledge, mathematics, reasoning and coding capabilities, and its performance is generally comparable to GPT-4 Turbo.
